Lubricant Salesman

Full Time - Role Objective To oversee sales operations of Engine Lubricant and accessories business in Kuwait Market while ensuring customer satisfaction, achievement of targets related to sales growth and profitability. Responsibilities • Manage the Engine lubricant business in Kuwait market. • Ensure external customer satisfaction by providing effective and timely delivery of Products & Services. • Handle revenue responsibilities of Lubricant business in the form of sales targets. • Provide inputs aimed at streamlining existing processes • Prepare sales quotations • Educate existing and prospective customers by informing them about relevant and beneficial product-related information aimed at improving customer satisfaction and sales • Follow up with prospective customers on Sales Quotations • Record customer requirements of ‘Back Order’ product and follow up on the same and inform customers on their status in a timely manner • Utilize IT systems to generate information on one or more product. • Check condition of all product with the aid of store assistants prior to delivery • Ensure subordinates posses requisite levels of product knowledge especially in areas such relating to new products. • Ensure better access to product and other activities aimed at increasing sales performance • Handle promptly customer complaints • Respond and resolve people grievances promptly and escalate issues to GMPA if required • Ensure routine activities are executed in accordance to agreed deadlines and standards • Cooperate and assist colleagues in fostering an environment of teamwork. • Handle diverse clientele comprising of retail customers, insurance companies, external garages and fleet customers and follow up for collections in exceptional cases Experience /Qualification • Diploma in Concerned or University / Degree (alternate) Pre Degree + 03 years additional experience. • 3 years experience in Kuwait Lube Market, Valid Kuwaiti Driving license
