Compliance Officer

Full Time - • Perform Compliance Risk Assessments across various divisions of the Group. • Develop Policy & Procedure Manuals for various divisions of the Group. • Assist the Compliance Manager with development and implementation of Annual Compliance Work plans. • Assist the Compliance Manager in Trainings to Management and Staff across the Group. • Provide assistance to Management towards process monitoring and improvements; work with Management to implement these improvements, if required. • Assist Group Internal Audit in performing internal audits within the Group. • Maintain adequate and accurate Working papers for all assignments. • Perform other duties as directed by Compliance Manager.
