Adel joined Al Mulla Group in 2006 as manager in the Group’s Legal Department. Equipped with vast background in the Banking Industry and Credit Banking Business experience, he took on several leadership positions over the years including; Group Manager and thereafter General Manager - Legal Department. Currently, Adel assumes his role within Al Mulla Group as Legal Consultant. Over his tenure with the Al Mulla Group, Adel has executed vital and fulcrum achievements whilst assuming his role responsibilities at the Group Legal Department and transformed its roles and scope of coverage into a new concept. He re-defined the Department’s operations with new dimensions and goals in representing the Group’s legal affairs and protecting its legal status in all contractual agreements.

Adel Graduated from the Faculty of Law –Ain Shams University - Egypt in 1973 and holds another degree in Police Academy – Egypt.
