Faisal joined Al Mulla Group in 2003. Over his more than 20 years’ tenure with the organization, Faisal has progressed through the ranks of the Group’s Human Resources Department and occupied several leadership positions that have helped in reshaping the Group’s professional HR operations, and effectively enhanced the efficiency of the Human Resources & Personnel Departments at Al Mulla Group. In 2023 he was promoted to the position of General Manager-HR, and subsequently in 2024 he was appointed Director of Group Human Resources. In this current role, Faisal oversees the entire HR functions of 35 Companies under the umbrella of the Al Mulla Group ensuring adherence to the highest corporate governance standards, as well as leading the corporate HR function to support the Group’s operations, learning & development, recruitment initiatives, as well as strategic growth plans. 

Faisal graduated from California State University in the United States, earning a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Administration and Marketing Concentration. 

Faisal is a steering committee member of Kuwait Automobile Academy of Mercedes Benz Kuwait
