Samy joined Al Mulla Group in 1981 as Service & Maintenance Engineer with Bader Al Mulla & Bros Co. Over his tenure, he has held several leadership roles starting with Manager Operation & Maintenance. In 2004 he became General Manager – Maintenance Engineering Services (MES), a department which he formed to combine all maintenance activities of the Service Department, Operation & Maintenance, Oil Sector Maintenance, Building Technologies, and Electrical Mechanical Equipment Maintenance. In 2010 he played a pivotal role in expanding the scope of the Maintenance Engineering Services (MES) operations, when the company added Al Mulla Cleaning & Maintenance Co. to MES. In 2012 he was appointed Deputy Director – MES, a position he kept until 2017, when he was named Director – Maintenance Engineering Services and he continues to hold this position to date.

Throughout the years in his exemplary productive history with Al Mulla Engineering, Samy has been responsible for various Operation & Maintenance, upgrading & installation of different Engineering Systems in Maintenance field including Air-conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Fighting / Fire Alarm etc. in major commercial buildings, hospitals, banks, Oil & Gas fields.

Samy holds BSC Mechanical Engineering degree from Alexandria University, Egypt. He is also a member of the Kuwait Society of Engineers.
