Steve joined Al Mulla Group in January 2021 and has over 10 years’ experience leading luxury automotive brands in Kuwait. As the Director of Passenger Cars and Vans at Mercedes-Benz Kuwait - Al Mulla Automobiles Co., Steve leads the operations of one of the most prestigious and successful automotive brands in the region. With over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the automotive industry, he has a proven track record of delivering excellence and innovation with luxury, premium and volume brands across three international markets.

Prior to moving to Kuwait in 2014, Steve was Group Operations Director and board member for three of most successful automotive groups in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, representing over 20 volume, premium and luxury brands.

Steve’s core competencies include process improvement, vehicle sales and service, marketing and CRM, training and development, and risk management. He is passionate about creating and inspiring high-performance teams that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Steve is also committed to continuous learning and development, as evidenced by his certifications in digital transformation, business development, and leadership.
