Al Mulla Automobiles Co., a member of Al Mulla Group and the sole authorized distributor and service partner of Mercedes-Benz in Kuwait, has officially broken ground on the development of its new Mercedes-Benz 2S Customer Services Facility in the Shuwaikh Industrial zone. Mr. Talal A. Al Mulla, Chief Executive Officer of Al Mulla Group, attended the event accompanied by MD-Automotive Group Mr. Imad Flayhan and members of the senior management team at Al Mulla Automobiles Co.

With this expansion of Mercedes-Benz Kuwait’s network of facilities over two phases, Al Mulla Automobiles is reinforcing its commitment to customers by providing them with additional products and services at more convenient locations. The new Mercedes-Benz 2S Customer Services Facility in Shuwaikh will offer its clients the most advanced digital interface cus-tomer service experience. Furthermore, this advanced technology service facility fully conforms to Mercedes-Benz’s future retail concept MAR 2020, which involves the overall look of the showroom, vehicle presentation, sales process and cus-tomer consultation.

Mr. Talal A. Phase one of the Mercedes-Benz 2S Customer Service Facility, which is set to be completed by October 2021, will cover an area of more than 8,000 square meters and consist of a service lobby and several delivery bays. Customers will be greeted at a service reception consisting of private and semi-private consultation areas. The reception will also include a Mercedes-Benz Boutique for customers and a barista area. The 2S Customer Service Facility will deliver the world class hospitality Al Mulla Automobiles is renowned for.
