Facility Management Services
The Facility Management (FM) division houses engineering services, which are seamlessly integrated to meet the needs of AME’s clients and customers. FM is the crucial link that liaises between the core business operations of an organization and the reliability of the facilities for users.
The FM division is thus the backbone of operations, that provides visible and invisible services to building occupants that ensure the reliable functioning of a building. Part of its role is to also support business operations – managing janitorial and technical services (the engineering sciences) as well as space planning, developing and managing budgets, utilities monitoring, mitigating impacts of government regulation, and reporting to upper management on the performance of FM programs and processes.
The FM division is responsible for developing all of the processes and services and smoothly weaving them together into an integrated program that can demonstrate value to the organization’s core business policies, and offer support in its success.
In addition, the FM division also offers tailored software to improve daily operational efficiency and maintenance activities. With close correlation to the project goals and objectives, the FM division sees its success grow with the achievements of customers.
